My name is Md Golam Mostafa, and I am the Founder of ThemeDev.net. I live in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and hold a BSc in Computer Science.
From an early age, I was fascinated by technology. The endless possibilities of computers and the Internet sparked my curiosity, leading me to explore how gadgets and software functioned. What started as a deep interest soon transformed into my profession, guiding me toward the world of web development.
The Journey Began
My path was not conventional. I had always aspired to be a developer, and during my BSc studies, I discovered a passion for programming. I started with fundamental web technologies—HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP—before expanding my skills to languages like C and C++. I found immense joy in building websites from scratch.
Over time, I worked as a lead developer for various companies, contributing to WordPress plugins, themes, and mobile apps. These experiences strengthened my expertise and fueled my ambition to build something of my own.
The Birth of ThemeDev & Next3 Offload
As I delved deeper into the WordPress ecosystem, I noticed a gap in high-quality premium themes and plugins tailored to small businesses, bloggers, and entrepreneurs. This realization led to the creation of ThemeDev in 2019.
One of the most significant challenges businesses faced was slow-loading pages and high server costs, particularly concerning media management. To address this, I developed Next3 Offload—a powerful yet user-friendly plugin designed to offload media files to cloud storage, reduce hosting costs, and improve website performance. With its affordability and flexibility, Next3 Offload quickly gained popularity and now boasts 34K+ active users.
Beyond Next3 Offload, I launched several other essential WordPress plugins, including Cleanly, Washer, Salonly, NextCRM, Evental, and more, further expanding ThemeDev’s impact in the industry.
Building ThemeDev with an Incredible Team
ThemeDev’s success would not have been possible without my brilliant team. We foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, which has played a crucial role in our growth.
Beyond work, we prioritize team bonding. Last year, we enjoyed a refreshing trip to Cox’s Bazar and Saint Martin, creating memories beyond the office. This year, we explored Sylhet, embracing new experiences and strengthening our teamwork. These adventures go beyond relaxation; they reinforce our shared vision and passion for what we do.

To those dreaming of starting a business—chase your passion with determination. A big vision is essential, but it’s equally important to be realistic about what you can achieve with the resources at hand.
Building a business is not a sprint; it’s a marathon. Stay patient, be adaptable, and keep moving forward even when faced with challenges.

I had the privilege of attending WordCamp Sylhet 2023. For me, WordCamps are more than just conferences; they are hubs of inspiration, fostering new ideas and meaningful connections.
I attend not just to learn but to engage with the amazing individuals who shape the WordPress ecosystem. Traveling to different locations for WordCamps adds to the excitement, making each event a unique experience.
